There are still minor things I'd have liked to fix, but fixing them would have delayed this a day more again, and since they're mostly stuff that only I'll probably care about, I'll just leave it as is.
There will be a version with an alternate ending coming later next week though. Nothing major, just a short extra scene that shows the girl surviving, for those who prefer to know she's safe!

Next major video release is estimated somewhere around the end of January, and it will be anal themed.

ReplyDeleteAround one month more till the final release. It's around double the length compared to previous stuff, so it's taking a bit longer to get done. I'll try to get it out before the end of February, but it's an estimate, since there's so many things that can go wrong and cause delays.

ReplyDeleteThe initial January release estimate was given when I thought the clip would be around 2 minutes long, it's now going to be 5 minutes long instead, so it's obviously taking a lot longer than usual.
DeleteI won't personally give you a WIP clip, if that's what you're asking, since that would be unfair to anyone who pledged to get access to them. But I can give you a progress report.
I'm currently still animating the clip, The main animation phase should be done around mid next week, if I don't encounter any surprises. After that I still have to do audio, do minor polishing to the animations, prepare the scene for rendering, followed by post production. I estimate I'll be able to start rendering around the 19th of February. Rendering can take anywhere from 6 to 12 days.
So, the release should be somewhere between the 26th of February and early March.
All release dates are estimates, not promises. A lot of stuff can go wrong and cause delays. But as soon as it's finished, the 720p version will be posted on all the usual places.

ReplyDeleteIt's possible, if everything goes perfectly with rendering. Don't be too surprised if it doesn't get released next week though. I'd suspect a more realistic estimate would be around the 6th-8th day of the month. That said, it is almost finished. Mostly all that's left, is to wait for the computer to finish the calculations.

I love how the girl gets shrunken, used for whatever purpose & ends up inside the giantess. I like that kinds of stuff.Hope there's more like that to come.
